Breaking News : Arsenal, Trying To Sign Wayne Rooney For £25 Million

Arsenal are trying to sign Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney in a last minute transfer deal said to be worth 25 million according to reports. The Manchester United player was a subject of a 20 million bid from Arsenal earlier this summer which was rejected by United. Arsenal had moved targets when it was discovered Luiz Suarez could be available but with the

attempt to sign Suarez failing, Arsenal are now back for Rooney.

Chelsea have also bid for the player but were rejected by United. According to the source, Manchester United already owe Arsenal about 14 million pounds for the RVP deal of last summer and doing a deal for Rooney will be pretty straight forward should Rooney himself find Arsenal attractive enough and should he be ready to consider a pay cut as Arsenal are not ready to pay him more than 200,000 pounds per week.

Arsenal’s other target is Chelsea’s Demba Ba who they are trying to sign on loan which is very unlikely as of the time of writing this report.
