Breaking News! Boko Haram Leaders Zakariyya Yau and Momodu Bama Killed.

Two top members of the Islamic terror group, Boko Haram that were declared wanted last year, Zakariyya Yau and Momodu Bama - alias Abu Saad - the deputy leader of the Boko Haram, has been killed in shoot-out by the JTF in Mubi, Adamawa state.


Zakariyya Yau's father, Abatcha Flatari, who is the spiritual mentor of the group was also killed in the gun battle that ensured while trying to arrest the terrorists after a tip off the villagers.


A bounty of N25million was placed on the head of Momodu Bama, while N10million was placed on Zakariyya Yau head.
Five other fighters of the Islamic group were killed in the operation, while scores of their group members were arrested
