Kanye West Could Face 'Felony Attempted Robbery Charge' After Brawl Leaves Photographer In Hospital (VIDEO)

Kanye West could face a felony attempted robbery charge following his violent clash with a photographer at Los Angeles Airport on Friday.

The 'Yeezus' hit-maker, who recently had his first child with reality star Kim Kardashian, brawled with a photographer who had pestered him with questions upon his arrival at LAX.
Kanye's latest run-in with the paparazzi has created yet another viral video of the rappers rage after the footage was released online.
Following the assault the photographer was taken to hospital, and it's claimed he contacted authorities and wants to press charges, reports TMZ.
Police officers will reportedly refer the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office as a felony attempted robbery rather than the lesser charge of battery.

The website reports the case has been transferred to the Los Angeles Police Department's Robbery-Homicide Division for investigation, where police suspect Kanye committed an attempted robbery when he struck the photographer and tried to take his camera.
Kanye's fate now lies in the hands of prosecutors who will ultimately decide which charges will be filed, if any.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Airport Police said in a statement to X17 Online: "Today at approximately 2:00 p.m., at the Tom Bradley International Terminal (on the arrival level curbside), Los Angeles Airport Police officers were flagged down by a citizen (photographer) who alleged that he was taking pictures of an individual when he was battered by the subject. The alleged subject was not at the location nor was he observed by officers at the scene."
They added: "LAFD was notified, responded to the location and transported the victim to a local hospital for medical attention. A police report was taken by the Los Angeles Police Department and the investigation is ongoing."
Kanye has had numerous run-ins with the press and makes no secret for his hatred of being pestered.
The incident follows the rappers altercation with a photographer at the same airport last week where he ranted: "Don't talk, don't talk to me." It seems Kanye West has not yet adjusted to the overwhelming attention bought into his life by girlfriend Kim Kardashian.
The reality star has made a name for herself as one of the most photographed celebrities since in appearing in E! reality show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians'.
