"I Was Misquoted. I Never Said That There Will Be Bloodbath If Jonathan Insist To Contest In 2015".

The State Security Service (SSS), yesterday afternoon interrogated Junaid Mohammed, a Northern elder statesman and self-claimed hater of President Goodluck Jonathan and the Federal Government, over inciting comments credited to him.

Mr Mohammed at the SSS headquarters during the interrogation, claimed that he was misquoted out of context and that he would not do anything to undermine the peace and security of his own country.

The SSS reminded him that he is under their radar and cautioned him against such reckless and unguarded utterances. He was later released after signing undertaken to be of good behaviour and refraining from making incendiary comments in future.

Mr. Mohammed was quoted to have said “blood would flow on the streets of Nigeria should President Jonathan insist on running for the Presidency in 2015.”
