While the entire nation is getting ready for the festive season in high spirits, there is one person out there whose excitement has been ruined .
Big Brother Africa Star and socialite Karen Igho announced extremely sad news via twitter earlier today that she has been diagnosed with cancer. Shortly before she became a housemate on the Big Brother Amplified reality show in 2011, she had the lumps in her breasts checked out and she was treated for it. Now unfortunately she has been diagnosed
with cancer, though she didn't specify what type she has she mentioned that she will be undergoing treatment soon.
While the celebrity took to Twitter to air out her heavy hearts some Nigerians acted very cruel towards her, obviously delighting in the fact that she has a terminal disease, its not even a matter to joke about; having cancer for Christmas. Read the tweets above.
