Zenit St Petersburg forward Hulk has confirmed his interest in joining Tottenham.
The Brazil international played under current Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas at Porto, where he scored 36 goals in 51 games en route to winning a domestic double and the Europa League.
Tottenham rejected the chance to take Hulk on a €12 million loan from Zenit this summer,
but he is still hopeful of moving to White Hart Lane in the future.
"I learned a lot with Andre Villas-Boas at Porto," he told twentyfour7 magazine.
"He is very intelligent tactically. He was almost so well informed about the opponents that we pretty much knew everything about them when we went out on to the pitch.
"It was scary how much we knew.
"I am really happy Villas-Boas is making a mark in England, and it would be fantastic to play under him again one day."
