It's been just one month since the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton put to bed and she's back in shape already!
E! Online reports Kate was spotted stocking up on groceries at a local market. This is the first time the new mom has been spotted out and about since she and Prince William left the hospital with the royal baby.
