FACT : Bras Cause Your Breasts To Sag!

Practically everyone knows that breasts sag with age and use (hic) such that older women and women with children tend to have ‘saggier’ breasts than younger women who have not given suck to a child.
It is common to see women wear bras 2 sizes below theirs which now presses the suffocating breasts to the chest like butter-spread because they think bras can help hold breasts in place and slow sagging, or shape, them.
But a 15-Year study concludes that wearing a bra – especially those tight pincers – does
more harm than good for the breasts.
Wow!
According to Professor Jean-Denis Rouillon, a sports science expert from the University of Besançon, France bras do nothing to reduce back pain and only weaken the muscles that hold up the breasts, resulting in greater breast sagging.
"Medically, physiologically, anatomically - breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity. On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra,” Professor Rouillon as quoted in a Medical News Today's website.
Rouillon’s research involved 330 women in over 15 years, and found that over bras didn't do anything they were purported to do for your breasts— worsening the back pain they were supposed to help alleviate back pain, and they didn't prevent breast tissue from sagging.
He also found out that bra-less women developed firmer breasts and saw their stretch marks fade. Oh yeah?!
That is not all: Rouillon found that women who never wore bras had nipples on average seven millimetres higher in relation to their shoulders each year than regular bra users.
An associate clinical professor of plastic surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center gave further insight.
“The tension caused by not wearing a bra may increase collagen growth, making breasts higher,” he says.
Now, what happens to those bras?
I don’t want to imagine!
Anyway Rouillon advices that some women should not throw their bras away immediately - especially as older women (45 years or more) would get no benefit from going without bras.
